Q + A

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Our wedding has a "Formal" dress code. Formal wedding dress code is slightly less formal than a black-tie event, but still dressy. You can never be overdressed! 😉

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

We would love to see your photos from our wedding, however, please refrain from taking photos during the entirety of the ceremony. If the bride has one request all weekend, it would be please keep your phones down during the ceremony - especially when she is walking down the aisle and after we are announced as Mr. and Mrs.! We have multiple photographers who will capture every angle and we will make sure to share every photo with you!

Are kids invited?

As much as we love your children, this will be an adult's only affair outside of our Flower Girl and Ring Bearers. The Four Seasons does offer evening programs for hotel guests children to attend, along with arranged babysitting services at an hourly rate. They do request 24 hours notice if you are interested in this service. To schedule this, please contact them at (407) 313-7777. You must be staying at The Four Seasons during our wedding weekend to use these services.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

We will provide transportation from The Four Seasons, to our church for the ceremony and back to the Four Seasons for those who request it on their RSVP return card. Please make sure to specify when RSVPing to our wedding that you would like transportation so we can make sure we have enough space to accommodate everyone. The buses will be departing the Four Seasons promptly at 3:45PM to take guests to St. Luke's Lutheran Church for the ceremony. After the ceremony, the buses will then take guests back to the Four Seasons for the reception. Please meet the shuttles at the bus loop outside of the Grand Ballroom at 3:30PM and check in for the Brumback shuttles. Please note, all provided shuttles will depart the Four Seasons at 3:45PM promptly. Once they have departed Four Seasons for St. Luke's, there will be no other form of provided transportation for guests.

Can I bring a plus one?

We are at capacity with our venue, which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests not listed on the invitation. We look forward to celebrating with you on our big day!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

All wedding day events (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception) will be indoors.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

For those of you who do not need provided transportation, valet parking will be available to our guests. Currently valet parking is available at the discounted flat rate of $28.00 per vehicle. Valet service for overnight guests will be $42.00 for the Event attendees. This price is subject to change.

For those guests not staying at the Four Seasons and not taking our provided transportation, please see the map below and drive to the complementary valet parking at the mickey ears (#7). This valet will be right outside of the reception hall and expedite your time waiting for regular hotel guest valet parking.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

If you are not taking the provided transportation to the ceremony, we kindly ask that you arrive to the church no later than 4:40PM, but no earlier than 4PM, for a prompt 5PM ceremony.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

The ceremony will be at 5PM at our church and should be a 20-30 minute service. There is a 45 minute to an hour long drive between the church and The Four Seasons, so to ensure everyone has time to exit the church, load on to the buses and get to The Four Seasons, cocktail hour will begin at 6:30PM.
